We make every effort to schedule appointments at times convenient for our patients.  It is very important that our patients understand that this time is set aside especially for them.  Appointments should be made only at times when they can definitely be kept.  To schedule an appointment,  please call

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice.  This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.  Patients will be billed for late cancellations or no-shows.  Please schedule only definite appointments.

 

Health Insurance Plans

Our office participates with most traditional dental insurance plans.  Patients are responsible for deductibles and remaining balances.  We file insurance claims for our patients.

Financial Policy

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.  Full payment is expected if there is no insurance involved.  The expected portion is due at the time of service for patients with insurance.  Forms of payment accepted by the office are cash, check, and the following credit cards:
