his general practice residency at Washington University
Medical Center, St. Louis, Missouri in 1990. Dr. Hayes completed
a comprehensive advanced restorative dental program through the
Foundation for Advanced Clinical Education in Burlingame, California,
in 1994. Dr. Hayes has been in practice for over 17 years.
